Adri Carrillo is a popular name in the international jumping equestrian community, developing Grand Prix horses for the past 6 years. Adri's interest in Real Estate started at a young age, as her family has been investing and developing major Real Estate projects in Mexico and internationally, for more than 35 years.

As an entrepreneur, her background also includes dance and fashion modeling in New York and re-designing high-end residences during construction to open floor plans and create a sense of space. Adri has a degree in Marketing and Communications, plus years in Public Relations. With her two years of luxury residential Real Estate experience in Mexico and her equestrian background in Rancho Santa Fe, she is more than equipped to share her equestrian real estate expertise and continue to grow her business in the Southern California marketplace.
Her most recent sale in Rancho Santa Fe was an off market $4.5m horse property she tracked down, resulting in very happy clients on both sides. She is highly knowledgeable in Barn Design, including layout, stall materials, tack room, ventilation, and arena footing.
