San Diego is an amazing place to raise a family. I was born and raised in east county, and am a second generation San Diegan. My grandfather moved to San Diego in 1918 for a fresh start from the farms in Kansas. He seized the opportunity to start a family business in a town that was ready to boom. We’ve watched San Diego grow into the diverse community it is today.

My professional connection to the community began in 1995 when I jumped in to talk radio, hosting the Dana Sturgeon Show on KPRZ 1210 AM. I spent 15 years cultivating a relationship with the women of our community as the first female talk show host in San Diego. Radio is one of my favorite places to empower women to live authentic lives for God. During those years, I also honed my marketing skills as I partnered with many local businesses designing successful marketing campaigns which earned several industry awards.

For years, I spent many hours pouring over San Diego’s real estate. Over the 20 years we’ve been together, my husband and I have bought and sold various properties, all of which were some of San Diego’s real estate gems. Today, I’m realizing my dream of helping others find their special real estate gem as they enjoy the lifestyle San Diego has to offer as a Wisdom Property REALTOR®. I know San Diego well and help families navigate the diverse neighborhoods SD has to offer. I have to admit North County Coastal holds a special place in my heart as I'm raising my own family here in Solana Beach.
