Mike Yazdani

Merhdad "Mike" Yazdani graduated in San Diego with a degree in Engineering. Upon graduation he worked for a private civil engineering firm specializing on the design of numerous subdivisions which included mapping and grading plans. He also worked on civil improvement plans, such as water and sewer as a Project Engineer. These experiences have been an asset for his builder clients in purchasing and developing land projects. These skills sets him apart from many other REALTORS®.

Taking that analytic mindset he turned to real estate and was of great help to clients by approaching each transaction with an eye for detail and insight. Clients have appreciated his keen sense of property conditions, building and systems awareness.

Mike and his family live in Solana Beach in an investment property he made early in his career and like his client's purchases, the property has risen in value and potential. The American Dream is alive in his heart and his goal is to assist buyers and sellers reach their dreams also!
