Trish Steensma

Trish Steensma is blessed to be a native of North County San Diego, having lived in Leucadia, Rancho Santa Fe, and Solana Beach all her life. She and her husband of over 25 years, Christopher, have lived and raised their family in the iconic Santa Fe Hills neighborhood of Solana Beach for 15 years. Their family business, Del Mar Electric, has been a well-recognized presence for almost 20 years in North County, recently adding their son Chris as Operations Manager.

In 2016, Chris (Jr.) married Audrey, and in 2018, the family grew with the addition of a grandson. Trish is fully embracing her new role as Mimi.

As a local businesswoman, Trish and her sister previously owned a trendsetting fashion and gift business in North County. Trish has always had a love for fitting design, style, and location to the season of life for family and friends. Now, she is excited to share this passion with her clients, finding the perfect place to create a home.

The process of selling and buying a home, whether you're new to it or not, is a season of transition. Trish is particularly gifted in asking the right questions to understand this transition and to help each client find just the right solution.
